Refund policy

ART. 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND

1. Scope of application
   The right of withdrawal is recognized exclusively for non-customized products purchased on the Bastuni Sàrl website, in accordance with Luxembourg law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
   
   
2. Withdrawal period
   The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day on which they, or a third party designated by them other than the courier, acquire physical possession of the goods.
   After this period, the right expires.
   
   
3. Exclusion for customized products
   No right of withdrawal is provided for customized or made-to-order products, including – by way of example and not limited to – made-to-measure shirts or standard-size items personalized in fabric, color, cut, initials, buttons, or other details chosen by the customer.
   Such items are considered personalized goods pursuant to Art. 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, and therefore are not returnable or refundable.
   
   
4. Return conditions for non-customized products
   The product must be returned:
   • in the same condition as delivered, intact, unused, complete with tags, accessories, and original packaging;
   • within 14 days from the withdrawal notice;
   • accompanied by the return form or a written statement clearly identifying the order.
   
   
5. For customers residing outside the European Union, return and refund policies apply within the limits allowed by local legislation, with Luxembourg law prevailing for the conclusion and execution of the contract.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise indicated in writing by Bastuni Sàrl.

1. Return procedure
   Contact Customer Service by writing to the email address: signaturecare@bastuni.it.
   
   
2. Refund
   After receipt and verification of the product at the warehouse, Bastuni Sàrl will send a confirmation email accepting the return.
   The refund will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the compliant, intact, unused, or undamaged item returned in its original packaging, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
   For credit card payments, the crediting time may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider, but will not exceed the limits set by applicable law.
   
   
3. Exchanges and replacements
   Exchanges for different sizes or product replacements are not possible. To obtain a different item, a new order must be placed.
   
   
4. Territorial application
   These provisions apply to customers in all countries where Bastuni Sàrl sells online. For consumers outside the EU, these rules apply except where mandatory local law provides more favorable conditions for the consumer.
