We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is intact and unworn. Each return is handled with the same care with which we prepared your order.

Exceptions or restrictions: "Custom or used products cannot be returned. For returns from abroad (outside the EU), any customs duties and taxes are non-refundable." Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16.

The product must be returned:
• in the same condition as delivered, intact, unused, complete with tags, accessories, and original packaging;
• within 14 days of the withdrawal notice;
• accompanied by the return form or a written statement clearly identifying the order.

Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro): payment must be made according to the instructions on the site. Accepted cards are Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro. By selecting credit card as the payment method, the customer authorizes the seller to charge the amount of the purchase to the card.

Care instructions are included with every order. Preserving your BASTUNI piece ensures its beauty over time.

We offer the possibility to customize colors and details upon request. Each made-to-measure order requires up to 8 weeks of production.
